Client Support and Retention Programs
Partnership and Networking Facilitation
Workshops & Training Programs
These services will be provided as per the terms specified in our client agreements and project scope documents.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information required for us to perform our services.
Cooperate with our team during the execution of services, including providing feedback and participating in meetings or discussions as necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by Thrive Path Consulting.
Be responsible for your own decision-making and use of the consulting advice we provide.
Fees and Payment Terms
Fees: The fees for our services will be outlined in the specific client agreement or project proposal provided to you. Fees may vary based on the scope and complexity of the services.
Payment: Payments for services are due upon receipt of an invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or suspension of services.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Thrive Path Consulting fails to deliver agreed-upon services, or as otherwise specified in the client agreement.
Confidentiality
Both Thrive Path Consulting and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of our business relationship. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, marketing plans, financial data, and client lists.
Intellectual Property
Client Materials: You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us (e.g., business data, documents, etc.). We will use this information solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
Our Materials: All content, designs, strategies, reports, and other materials developed by Thrive Path Consulting as part of our services remain our intellectual property. You may use these materials only for the purpose for which they were created and cannot redistribute or sell them without our permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrive Path Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, or from any reliance on the advice provided. In no event shall Thrive Path Consulting’s total liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for any services rendered up to the termination date. In the event that Thrive Path Consulting terminates the agreement due to non-payment or breach of terms, the client will remain liable for all outstanding fees.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Brunswick.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thrive Path Consulting, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Website Use
User Conduct: By using our website, you agree not to engage in any conduct that could harm or disrupt the website, or its functionality. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading malicious content, attempting unauthorized access, or engaging in illegal activities.
No Warranty: While we strive to keep our website up-to-date and functioning, we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of the website or its contents. Thrive Path Consulting shall not be responsible for any errors, interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the site.
Privacy and Data Protection
